Above and Beyond Clear Water™

water-drop-banner

OriginClear leads a new generation of water companies that focus on the business user who needs compact advanced technologies at the point of use, with modular systems that are shipped to the site and dropped in place. These businesses include hotels & resorts, real estate housing developments, office buildings, military installations, schools, farms, food & beverage manufacturers, industrial warehouse, Oil & Gas producers, and medical & pharmaceutical facilities. OriginClear fields both direct and indirect sales channels to reach our end market clients.

OriginClear water treatment equipment installed onsite boosts the client’s real estate asset value as a fundamental capital improvement, combined with long lasting water savings. Onsite Modular Water systems provide clients with Water Independence through ownership and operational control over water quality, that allow them to increase productivity while reducing environmental, health and safety risks from pollution, contamination and corrosion.

Modular water products are trusted to balance performance with cost-effectiveness, enabling business users to go well beyond municipal standards for water quality, therefore achieving high levels of satisfaction for their own customers, and improved sustainability for their properties.

PRODUCTS

OriginClear sells and delivers a complete line of compact, on-site, point-of-use advanced Water Treatment and Conveyance products including: advanced purification systems that are skid, rack mounted and containerized, for reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, media filtration, disinfection, water softening, ion exchange and electrodeionization (EDI), combined as needed in small to medium commercial and industrial applications, and custom-build projects. Water Conveyance products include pump and lifting stations, modular storage tanks, and control monitoring panels.

Our line of Modular Water products and systems is key to the self-reliant water treatment revolution as they create “instant infrastructure” – fully engineered, prefabricated and prepackaged systems that use durable, sophisticated materials. The units are available in standard capacities for onsite closed-loop systems at commercial business locations.

OriginClear has a long history of innovation through its OriginClear Technologies division, which is responsible for identifying leading edge technologies to solve today’s toughest challenges. These advanced technologies are the centerpiece of the division’s international licensee network. The technologies are developed in OriginClear Technologies, and licensees integrate them into their own products.

Through international licensing and partnerships, OriginClear’s advanced technologies are being adopted to treat tough water problems in East and South Asia, Europe and the Middle East, and North America. A major partnership is now in development to tackle tough water problems in Central and South America.

MARKET OPPORTUNITY

OriginClear is a growth story and positioned for incredible upside due to changing market opportunities where the company is already operating successfully with strong profit margins, an increasing customer base, and accretive acquisitions of complementary products and services.

We can no longer rely on giant, centralized water utilities to meet the challenge. That’s why more and more business users are doing their own water treatment and recycling. Whether by choice or because they have to, those businesses that invest in on-site water systems get a tangible asset on their business and real estate, and can get better water quality at a lower cost.

These businesses are quietly building Decentralized Water Wealth™ for themselves, and helping their community as well. Environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives include about a quarter of all professionally managed assets around the world, worth more than $20 trillion, and specifically include the key factor of how well corporations manage water.

OriginClear is a key enabler of ESG water management for corporations that are increasingly responsible for what was once delegated to central utilities. For example, when a corporation manages its own water, and uses OriginClear’s proprietary hybrid treatment methods, it can significantly reduce both water use and nutrient footprints (carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus) in one compact package.

As a company we are enabling self-reliant water independence for our clients.

Riggs Eckelberry is the founder and CEO of the innovative water technology company, OriginClear, which is delivering water solutions for industrial customers worldwide.

Based in Los Angeles with operations in Texas, Virginia and China, OriginClear has developed and licensed an invention that treats industrial and agricultural waste water with very little energy, and no chemicals. TOM MARCHESELLO

Tom Marchesello HS gray 166x250Chief Operating Officer

Make Water Great Again.

Tom Marchesello joined OriginClear after a successful transformation of the early Modular Water Systems group into a streamlined operational model with manufacturing of a branded modular water treatment product lineup.  Tom has been a leading voice for innovative companies with strong ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) based business.  OriginClear and the Modular Water Treatment business is a triple bottom line win for our company, our clients, and the community while helping investors actually measure the sustainability and ethical impact of an investment in a company that is doing good while driving innovation from current operations and being positive about future financial value and performance.

He is charged with scaling up the assembly-line modularized water treatment model, presenting Modular Water Systems as the flagship branded product line, supported by the existing service and technology divisions, and integrating acquisitions as they occur to help create The Next Great Water Company™.

Tom began his career in the U.S. Air Force leading in aerospace operations and strategy at Air Force Space Command Headquarters, leaving the service as a Captain. He then headed eCommerce Operations at Sony Electronics, where he built eCommerce sales and distribution channels for Digital Devices, growing the business unit to 400 people and helping to invent multiple patents. He was the Director of consumer data analytics that sold to Thompson Reuters and the Director that managed over 200 corporate brands including NBC, Hard Rock Hotels, ESPN, Sony, Live Nation, San Diego Zoo, Jaguar, Toyota, Surefire, and others.

It was this cryptocurrency experience that first brought OriginClear and Tom Marchesello together on the Waterchain project. Tom was attracted to the market initiative to design and transform the funding of decentralized water projects throughout the world. As OriginClear invested in developing answers to the packaged water systems megatrend, it was logical to apply Tom’s skills to that business as well.

DANIEL EARLY, P.E.

Dan Early profilePresident, Modular Water Systems Division

Dan leads OriginClear's engineering activities through the design and development of the Modular Water Systems™ (MWS) product line of prefabricated and prepackaged water treatment and conveyance systems utilizing Structurally Reinforced ThermoPlastics (SRTP) materials. SRTP manufacturing permits the ability to fabricate advanced heavy plastic infrastructure products in a factory setting where this unique approach overcomes inherent and significant limitations that have stymied the evolution and advancement of mission critical civil infrastructure technologies for decades. SRTP manufacturing is truly a “game changer” relative to traditional custom engineered and field constructed systems built with concrete and steel. STRP materials substantially reduce initial capital product costs, but more importantly, offer system life cycles that are between 300% and 400% longer than conventional concrete and steel—-which offers the End User/Owner a substantial savings in Operations and Maintenance cost. MWS’s designs and manufacturing techniques are ideal for the decentralized and infrastructure requirements needed in today’s water and wastewater markets.

Dan has worked as either a professional Consulting Engineer or an Engineered Products Development Specialist throughout his career with the majority of his professional focus related to the water and environmental industry. He possesses a very strong understanding of the complex and interconnected disciplines, economies, and governmental regulation needed to develop and sustain modern civil infrastructure systems that reflect a balance of environmental stewardship, social expectations, and cultural requirements.

Since 2010, Dan has specialized in the research, development, and deployment of next generation water infrastructure technologies using heavy plastic manufacturing. His initiatives and innovations led to the granting of six patents issued in his name for various inventions related to these infrastructure products. His vision represents the basis of Modular Water Systems’ product line.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginian Polytechnic Institute & State University (Virginia Tech). He is also a licensed as a Professional Engineer in Virginia, North Carolina, West Virginia, Montana, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Mexico and North Dakota. When not working for MWS, he spends his time with his wife, Tracy, and their two sons, Harrison and Ashton living in the picturesque mountains of Southwest Virginia.
