OriginClear, Inc (“OriginClear“, “We” or “Us“) is committed to protecting the privacy of you, the visitors of securiteam.com and beyondsecurity.com which is operated or owned by OriginClear (“User” or “You” and “Websites” respectively).

This Privacy Policy (together with the Terms and any other documents referred to on it, hereinafter the “Policy“), which was recently updated to align and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR“), sets out the basis on which any personal information is collected from you by us or that you provide to us, in connection with certain services provided to you through the Websites (“Services“), and which will be processed by OriginClear. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of your Personal Information as outlined in this Policy, if you don’t agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

We may amend the Policy from time to time and We will notify You of any material changes to the Policy by posting the new policy on the Websites. We encourage you to consult the Policy regularly for changes. All Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Terms.

Personal Information

Our primary objective in collecting your Personal Information (as defined below) is to provide and enhance the Services and to enable you to use and enjoy the Services. We do not rent, sell, share, or trade your Personal Information with third parties other than as disclosed within this Policy.

All information provided by you or collected by us is stored on our cloud CRM of our trusted services providers as described below. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will take reasonable commercial effort to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the complete security of your data transmitted to the Websites and therefore any transmission is at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

Personal Information” means information about you that can be used to contact or identify you. The Personal Information types collected in accordance with the Services may vary depending on the activity of each of the Websites and may include, without limitation, Information that you provides us or that is available to us through your use of the Websites or when you call us, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, country, company’s name (your employer), financial information and any other information you may decide to share with us.

We are engaged with certain third parties which provide us services, including, hosting and maintenance, billing and other financial transaction processors (such as Stripe – which we use for credit card data storage and transaction), database storage (such as HubSpot, SalesForce and Google Drive) and process services (such as LinkedIn and Google Analytics). We may share your information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy unless otherwise permitted by law, and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations requiring such third parties to maintain the privacy and security of your Personal Information. Financial information will not be transmitted to unrelated third parties and will be encrypted as applicable.
  2. In case that we will be under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Information with or without your consent, and with or without notice in order to comply with any legal obligation including without limitation a subpoena, court order, or search warrant.
  3. We may disclose the Personal Information where you are performing any act in the Websites which constitutes a violation of any law or a breach of the Terms.
  4. We may also share the Personal Information in the event of a merger or asset sale/purchase transaction, and in the framework of negotiation of such transaction.

Information in the Websites’ Blog

If you voluntarily disclose personal information in a blog on our Websites that information will be available to anyone who can access that area. We cannot control what others may do with this information. You should refrain from disclosing anything you do not want publicly known in such areas. Rights to Access and Control your Personal Information; Contact Us details
