This morning we announced a collaboration with the brilliant creator of PhilanthroInvestors®, Ivan Anz.

Ivan is already a strategic advisor to the company and has contributed greatly to the development of Water On Demand, and much else.

And now, we're working with him on off-grid housing.

As you may know, we have been helping businesses set up off-grid water treatment (case study here).

Now as large-scale migration grows to secondary cities and states, land is becoming expensive; and developers are keenly interested in land that isn't piped for sewage. Not having to run sewage lines at all is very compelling.

Well it turns out that Ivan is expanding from his Inc. 500 real estate success putting families into single family homes that they could never afford otherwise, to whole housing developments — and obviously, he is including off-grid sewage in the vision!
