Effective Ammonia Removal

OriginClear’s system effectively removes levels of ammonia which are both high and variable, from a continuous flow of wastewater generated by a chrome-plating process.

OriginClear Technology Adoption

The contract outlines orders beginning with 12 machines in the first year, tripling to 36 units by the third year. Between component sales and royalties, OriginClear believes that this project will generate about half a million dollars in the first year, also tripling by year three.

OriginClear’s combined process, EWS:AOx, is fast, versatile and low maintenance. It has a small on-site footprint, uses a low amount of consumables and cost-efficiently treats food and dairy wastewater.

In 2011, OriginClear helped launch Ennesys to target France's sustainable energy law, RT 2020, which will require that buildings achieve a positive energy balance by the year 2020.

“We [as a society] are becoming more aware of glyphosate’s presence in our water, and as such, are pursuing greater depths of research into the contaminant’s effects on the human body,” said OriginClear's J.L. Kindler. “We foresee this trend continuing and encourage the research on glyphosate to continue.

According to Bloomberg, the EPA is working to send in extra hands to Florida to help get wastewater treatment plants back up and running to clear some of this water and prevent more from spreading.

...recent testing in the La Kretz Advanced Prototyping Center demonstrated the ability to virtually eliminate the herbicide glyphosate from drinking water by up to 99.3%.

As OriginClear prepares to launch the full-scale operation in July, Florida Atlantic University is testing the technology to see how it might work in U.S. landfills as wastewater treatment plants are increasingly challenged to handle the heavy contamination loads presented by landfill leachate....
