TransMedia Group to Highlight How OriginClear® Is Accelerating On-Site Water Treatment

BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- TransMedia Group said it was retained recently to highlight how OriginClear® is leading the charge to the next wave of revolutionary advancements--on-site water treatment to leapfrog centralized solutions that can take decades and many billions to implement.

OriginClear CEO Riggs Eckelberry calls on-site water treatment "a game changer" as "infrastructure crumbles and users are forced to handle their own water problems."

"Our publicity will show why Riggs sees Modular Water Systems ( as the company's breakthrough product line, because it solves on-site treatment problems faster, more durably and for less money," said TransMedia CEO Tom Madden.

"OriginClear sees water as the most valuable resource in the world and therefore makes it their mission to improve the quality of water and help return it to its original and natural condition."

Madden said the PR campaign will show how the company is focusing on localized water treatment using Modular Water's patented, highly-durable prefabricated systems, and intends to integrate its own chemical-free technologies into these systems to present a totally engineered solution to the global water industry.

Publicity will focus on why centralized water treatment is no longer realistic, because there is no funding to fix crumbling U.S. infrastructure. Instead, an on-site water treatment approach can work in years, not decades, and much less expensively. Also, local users can recycle locally. "The sensible place to treat water is where it is being used. There you can recycle it," said Riggs.

Riggs points to problems in low-lying South Florida where septic tanks are overflowing and the conventional solution of hooking up to sewage systems could cost billions. "Decentralized water treatment is much faster and could cost a small fraction," said Riggs last Thursday on the financial show, MoneyTV (

Their acquisition strategy involves finding and acquiring small, fast-growing companies like its existing subsidiary, Progressive Water Systems (, These prospective acquisitions could dramatically increase the reach of its breakthrough technologies and help create a new force in water treatment worldwide.
