What's your Roundup level?

Written by OriginClear Staff | Sep 25, 2017 12:55:19 PM

Good morning!

These days, you can find foods that are certified to be free of GMOs.

These are crops that are genetically modified to survive "glyphosate", the active herbicide in Monsanto's Roundup®.

But... why not just make sure there's none of this "glyphosate" in food and water to start with?

That's exactly what The Detox Project offers now: Glyphosate Residue Free Certification.

That's an exciting development. Because glyphosate levels are sometimes extremely high in human bodies.

American farmers, especially, have more than 1000 times the amount found in Europeans...

The Detox Project: Glyphosate in Food & Water

Getting tested

That got my attention. What was my glyphosate level?

So I got tested.

It's easy: you just go to the Detox Project site and sign up.

The more of us get tested, the better the population data.

So, what was the glyphosate level in my urine?

Good news: it was just 0.25 parts per billion (ppb). If you look at the chart, that's down at the low level of Europeans.

I'm guessing it's this low because we try hard to eat organic at home. That's one of the Detox Yourself recommendations of the Detox Project.

Get yourself tested! And let me know what you get.

Testing Lake Michigan

If those farmers have such high levels of glyphosate, then what about the waters of Lake Michigan, which is where so much farm water drains?

That Lake is a major source of drinking water for Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois. And that famous Milwaukee beer...

Well, we're actually getting samples of that water. Testing it for glyphosate (Roundup). We'll be reporting on what we find.

Thank you for your support... we love this mission.

Have a great week!

Riggs
