Toyota Overcomes General Motors

Happy New Year!

I hope that you had a great holiday and that you are busy making great changes happen in 2022!

End of An Era

Yesterday, Advisor Ivan Anz shared this BBC headline with me:

General Motors 90-year reign as top US car seller ends

"Japan's Toyota claimed the top spot, selling more than 2.3 million vehicles last year, up 10%." BBC News

Yes, GM is going through a chip shortage. Still, Toyota has been innovating aggressively, and this is paying off. GM will have a hard time catching up...

Toyota Mobility

A key initiative for Toyota is called Mobility. That's the whole program of "pay-for-use", or Transportation as a Service (TaaS). Toyota is an innovator in this area.

Sound familiar? Yes, just like our own Water On Demand™, you won't have to pay for your car up front, just pay a fee as you use it.

Everything is paid for... just Drive On Demand!

Exclusive Interview: Cristian Danielli

Just before the holidays, I interviewed one of the key Toyota executives in charge of this initiative: Cristian Danielli, General Manager, Toyota Alianz.

Join me tonight to hear him discuss how the new world of Mobility will work, and how it all could relate to Water.

Fascinating topics, and... I will have more hot news updates as well!
