OriginOil Inc. [OOIL] is focused on commercializing a bioreactor it has developed to speed up algae growth. The Los Angeles start-up plans to license its technology to producers. At a recent 42ยข per share, it has a market value of about $60 million and enough trading volume to enable regular buying and selling.
