UPDATES

The One Water Network

Sep 21, 2015 6:40:21 AM

Good morning!

Acquisition Update

We remain on track to close as planned.

I'm very happy with the team's performance on our first prospective closing.

More than that I cannot tell!

Off to the new China

By the time this hits your inbox, I'll be on that 15-hour flight to Hong Kong...

My first stop will be at Huizhou, a true garden spot near Hong Kong. There, I will meet with our new investor in OriginClear Hong Kong.

I'll also travel to Shanghai to see the site that he is buying to convert into a state-of-the art manufacturing plant for OriginClear's technology!

He could have copied our technology. Instead, he's committed to investing seven figures.

That's the new China...

The One Water Network
Last week we took a look at the massive outsourcing trend in water treatment. We have a major opportunity here to "own" the corporate customer.

But once they start outsourcing, corporations want to deal with one strong vendor for all their needs. But they need expert specialists.

Can you have both? Yes, with a network.

In this diagram, we have eight specialist companies.

Now divisions of OriginClear, they can work together to help any customer anywhere.

The OriginClear Network of Companies

Eight water treatment categories in one

We call this an End to End Specialization Network.

The best of both worlds:

  1. Specialized expert services.
  2. A single source for these services.

That's the vision of our growing OriginClear Network™.

By design, we're acquiring companies that complement each other with their specialties.

It's an exciting vision that is becoming reality.

Enjoy the week ahead!
