Good morning!
Here’s Texas entrepreneur Marc Stevens, on the day we first shook hands on a deal to acquire his company.

A month later, we did the deal!
That’s right.
Last Friday, we agreed to acquire 100% of Progressive Water Treatment, based in McKinney, Texas, in an all-stock transaction.
Progressive is stable, profitable and fast-growing.
Now we have a lot of work ahead to “close” the purchase. We plan to close by October at the latest.
That could make Progressive Water Treatment the first in our new Family of OriginClear Companies™.

In buying high-growth companies, we’re in great company.
