Should I go to cash?

Oct 13, 2022 3:58:13 PM

Good afternoon!

Do you think it is smart to have a year's supply of cash on hand to weather any financial storm? Just wondering.

That's what shareholder Eric asked me this morning. I answered, "Ideally, sure".

It's hard to take that much money out of circulation against the rainy day. Especially with inflation soaring above official numbers.

Plus, many of us are already underwater and we have no choice but to just hang in there. Wait for better times.

Right now, our job is to be patient like we were in 2020… and let time do the heavy lifting.

Just wait... Depressing!

But in any market, there are opportunities.

Opportunities that could balance out the negatives, and make the spouse happy ;-)

If you caught my briefing last week, I showed you how you could find such an opportunity. I'll revisit this tomorrow...

Too many jobs
