The Big Hotel Problem.

Right now, hotels are in a tough place. Yep, Endless COVID. We’re working with one hotel group that has 16 hotels… but only six are operating.

Those with deep pockets are toughing it out. Everyone (partners, developers, operators) is paying into the kitty. 

That can’t last forever. 

When do hotels start seeing occupancy again?

No one has any idea.

The problem is, COVID-19 restrictions are just going on, and on, and on.

And then there’s the attitudes of the traveling public. Even in an “open state” like Florida, I hear Disney World is only operating at 30% of capacity.

People are scared. So they don’t travel, even when they can. 

How can we change that?

Her answer? “Absolutely!”
