I’m off to Paris tonight for an extraordinary event taking place at Ennesys, our European Showcase.
I’m not allowed to say what it is yet, but it’s… fairly huge. I’ll leave it at that!

Report from the Algae Summit
Jose Sanchez and Marlene Stewart are back from the biggest algae conference of the year, the Algae Biomass Summit. How did they do?
Here’s Marlene’s report:
“Our booth was clearly one of the busiest booths there, if not the busiest. Jose and I could not talk fast enough and we were both talking and presenting to different people at once.
“I had so many people coming to the booth, I was not able to go hear Jose give his presentation and as soon as he was done speaking I had a wave of professors and engineers who were very enthusiastic about his presentation and our technology. People were there talking to us until they shut the place down.
“Jose and I got to the booth every morning around 7:30 AM and kept going for dinner meetings until 9 at night. I got to meet with key decision makers at many of my top pursuits for customers. I met with a few large global companies that would be lucrative partners for OriginOil and they were very interested in what we had.
“We had overwhelming interest in our EWS Algae as well as the aquaculture applications. We were by far the most interesting harvesting technology there!”
“Jose should be a keynote speaker”
One attendee traveled specially from Japan to meet with us. He said:
Jose’s presentation was well received by the audience. He should speak under a keynote speech category, I thought, as his presentation gives the audience some good perspective. Most speakers spoke on their own findings. Jose drew on broad sources in addition to OriginOil’s.
Well, we agree. Well done, Marlene and Jose, you did a beautiful job.
