Washington is frantically allocating billions to Water.

Last Friday, the Senate overwhelmingly passed a $35 billion bipartisan water infrastructure bill.

And as part of its $2 Trillion infrastructure bill, the Biden Administration has proposed the largest-ever water budget: $111 Billion.

While this is great news, only a fraction of the work will actually get done.

In short, our big infrastructure projects will fail to achieve their goals.

Why?

These massive projects take years to carry out. They have to be planned out. But prices are going through the roof and show no sign of slowing down.

Lumber has already tripled in price and shows no sign of slowing down! Copper and most other raw materials are spiking too.

And then there’s everyday expenses:

Corn, up 44%? Corn is in everything we eat!

Inflation has taken off. The dollar is losing its value ─ fast.

At our Texas division, we are putting deadlines on purchase orders.

Why? Because we could easily get squeezed on skyrocketing prices and lose our shirts.

We’ll be fine. But imagine this happening with projects worth tens of billions of dollars. They’ll tack on inflation penalties. But you can’t keep up with a runaway train.
