Good morning!
Our Chinese manufacturer just built and shipped one of the largest Electro Water Separation™ (EWS) systems ever built, for our joint venture in Malaysia.
It will be installed at the factory of a major surgical glove manufacturer.
(Did you know that Malaysia is the world’s largest manufacturer of surgical gloves? And it’s a very dirty process.)

This unit can process 110 tons per hour of a slurry of solids and oils, by “floating” it very efficiently.

How waste is “floated”
Clarifying wastewater with a cloud of air bubbles is called Dissolved Air Flotation. Air bubbles.
Our own Electro-Flotation works differently: by generating a cloud of electrically-generated bubbles.
Now, our company in Malaysia has combined these. They work better together, and they’re easier to sell that way.
Making new stuff more acceptable
The water industry adopts new technologies very slowly. It can take up to 15 years for a new technology to be accepted!
But, if you can combine the new tech with something people already know, that’s much more acceptable.
This is what we’re doing with our futuristic technology… and it’s working.
