Good morning.

I have a personal reason for focusing on the chemical cocktail in our water: I lost my spouse to cancer of the colon. And a sister-in law, too, to a similar cancer.

Avis Eckelberry, born Avis Hope, passed away five years ago this Wednesday. A niece of comedian Bob Hope, she worked in the entertainment industry as a film editor. Here is her obituary in Variety.

A year later, I went to Hungary to investigate a treatment for Karen Black, my sister-in law. (They are doing wonderful work there.)

Unfortunately. Karen was too weak to travel, and we said goodbye to her in August, 2013.

In their memory, I present our new mission statement:

Does OriginClear have the pre cancer cure?

Nearly two-thirds of the human body is water. And that water (entering our bodies directly, or indirectly through food), is increasingly contaminated with a potent mix of chemicals, such as glyphosate or Roundup, atrazine, dioxane, estrogen, pharmaceutical drugs and much, much more.

These chemicals are directly implicated in many disorders including cancer. Their effect may be greatly increased as a chemical cocktail, the destructiveness of which we can only guess at.

Bottled water is often contaminated, too. In fact, it is very difficult to find truly pure water, whether in the water we drink, or the water that irrigates our crops.

Advanced Oxidation is the answer. This process creates abundant reactive oxygen species (ROS), which kill all organic material, even many of the micro-toxins that are otherwise so difficult to remove.

OriginClear has invented the next generation of Advanced Oxidation, solely based on electrical reaction.

Our breakthrough process, for which we filed our latest patent in March of 2016, is called AOx. Tests indicate it may outperform existing technology for removing many micro-toxins.

We believe that AOx can be a more simple and effective way to treat water for many micro-toxins at city treatment plants, at irrigation districts, in bottling water plants and eventually in the home.

Our mission is not to implement the technology. Just as pharmaceutical companies provide the manufacturing and distribution for drugs developed by innovative startups, so we too will rely on manufacturers and distributors in the global water industry, which will soon be worth one trillion dollars in market value.

Our one and only focus, then, is to test the technology in a variety of objective settings, with scientific support, and to prove beyond question or doubt that it is indeed effective against these micro-chemical payloads in our water.

In parallel, we continue to commercialize our Electro Water Separation™ and AOx™ technologies for industrial water cleanup. We continue to acquire already-profitable water companies, in part to create our own in-house manufacturing and distribution channel.

But our focus, on social media, on our website and in mass media communications, will become AOx.

No, we don’t claim to have the cure to cancer, or even a cure to the precursors to cancer. That is a complex picture indeed. But surely, the micro-toxins in water are a serious contribution to the problem.

We can start with clean, pure water.

If we can demonstrate the superiority of our technology, then we believe that we will achieve a great deal of recognition in the markets for what this means for us, for the water industry, and ultimately, for the health of humans living in our industrialized world.
