Oil Industry converges on Bakersfield

Wow — do we feel popular.

Even before we announced our pilot site was up, industry prospects were streaming in to see our demonstration of the large-scale 3000, and the 250 model, of which we have sold four units already.

Local water districts, service companies, Exploration and Production (E&P) companies, all are keenly interested in what we can do.

Far left, you have straight Produced Water coming straight from the wells. No cleanup or settling at all.

And in the last tube, our CLEAN-FRAC process has polished the water to nearly completely clear.

This we can do with HUGE amounts of water, using very little energy and no primary use of chemicals!

In this image are samples collected from the Vaquero Energy Hershey tank battery on February 3, 2015. The picture shows the raw influent, the charge neutralized influent after the SSE reactors, the EWS effluent and finally the Clean Frac Effluent. Please note that currently at Vaquero all emulsion breakers, wash chemicals and heat treatment for separation has been halted to ensure that the influent is a worst case scenario. Presently the system is being fed directly from the Free Water Knock Out (FWKO) at the Hershey tank battery which is fed straight from the production wells.
