Over the past three years, we have steadily built a world-class management team.

Already, Marc Stevens was managing our Dallas operation with extreme professionalism, backed by his dynamic President of Sales, Mike Jenkins.

2018 was a very good year.

Then in 2018, Dan Early joined us to build what is now a recognized US brand in pre-packaged water systems, Modular Water Systems™.

Also that year, Tom Marchesello transitioned out of our WaterChain™ pilot program into the role of Chief Operating Officer; and in 2021, his efforts paid off with a tripling of booked orders*, and a strong start to 2022.

Ken Berenger came on board in 2018, too; and he has been highly talented collaborator (you’ll hear more about him tonight!)

In 2021, we recruited a highly talented Chief Financial Officer, Prasad Tare. We have great talent managing Water On Demand™** (more on this soon), and we benefit from the powerful PhilanthroInvestors™ “Invest with a Purpose” network.

What was missing?

Simple: we needed to massively upgrade our strategic marketing and our execution at all levels.
