OriginOil and MBD Energy settle patent infringement and continue to work together

OriginOil has an Australian patent, and alleged that MBD had filed for a patent that included OriginOil’s intellectual property. Zacks reports that MBD management visited OriginOil back in October, and agreed to drop the patent application and agreed to not infringe on OriginOil’s intellectual property.
