OriginClear Corporate Presentation, 1 Jan 2017: “Today & Tomorrow.” OriginClear published its dual strategy for market leadership and shareholder value. The strategy focuses on acquisitions of profitable companies in the fast-growing, fragmented water treatment industry and further commercialization of its technology. In 2015, OriginClear acquired 100% of Dallas-based Progressive Water Treatment, a profitable systems integrator, and experienced close to a six times revenue increase. The company envisions five or more such acquisitions.
North American Petroleum Accounting Conference, May 14-15, 2015: OriginClear SVP Bill Charneski delivered the conference keynote address. His presentation, “High-Efficiency Water Treatment for Oil & Gas Markets”, outlined OriginClear’s Electro Water Separation technology, and its broad application as the first stage of all oil & gas water cleanup, due to its ability to remove essentially all hydrocarbons, suspended solids, and bacteria.
National Algae Association Workshop, Richmond, California, April 23, 2015: Mael Disa-Vingataramin presented on how OriginClear’s algae harvesting technology, Electro Water Separation™ for algae (EWS Algae), is enabling commercial-scale algae harvesting. EWS Algae, which uses little energy and is primarily chemical-free, extends shelf-life by killing bacteria, and enables daily harvest of whole, live algae concentrate.
Middle East Oilfield Produced Water Management Conference, Muscat, Oman, April 21, 2015: Bill Charneski presented OriginClear’s Electro Water Separation technology for Petro (EWS Petro) and its broad application as the first stage of all oil & gas water cleanup, due to its ability to remove essentially all hydrocarbons, suspended solids, and bacteria. He also outlined OriginClear’s technology, offered by Gulf Energy, as the best solution for pre-treatment prior to desalination, and announced that Gulf Energy and Tasneea plan to build OriginClear systems in Oman and integrate it with desalination technologies.
National Algae Association Workshop, Lafayette, Louisiana, January 22, 2015: Nicholas Eckelberry delivers a live demonstration of the new Smart Algae Harvester™ A25, and explains how it is helping the world's growing feed shortages by making large-scale algae growth feasible. He also outlines how our harvesting technology is combining with Algasol Renewables' low-cost algae growth system, which will launch at their new facilities in Bangladesh — creating a unique, large-scale demonstration of micro-algae production for fish feed.
AREDAY Summit 2014, Aspen, Colorado, August 12, 2014: In a conversation with T. Boone Pickens, CEO Riggs Eckelberry showed how fracking is the “last gallon” in a very stressed water ecosystem, and how operators can get ahead of community issues by adopting recycling strategies, and saving money in the process.
European Algae Biomass 2014, Sevilla, Spain, May 6, 2014: Nicholas Eckelberry speaks on growing feed shortages and how algae is the answer for feed. He shows how a simple harvester can provide farmers with low-cost, healthy algae for feed, and how OriginOil’s simple, low-cost, reliable algae harvester can delivers intact, shelf-stable algae in concentrate or pellet form for immediate use as economical and nutritious feed.
Water Treatment for Oil and Gas Markets: OriginOil’s presentation for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) interested in embedding Electro Water Separation™ Petro into their frac flowback and produced water cleanup systems.
NAA Production Workshop, Richmond CA, February 28, 2014:
Jose Sanchez Piña, OriginOil’s VP of Algae & Aquaculture, shows how OriginOil’s algae harvesting technology has a high biomass retrieval efficiency, scalable to commercial sizes and with the lowest capital and operational costs; how EWS algae keeps algae cells growing in an exponential mode; how it can be used to de-contaminate algae cultures and control microbiology to prevent crashes in production and loss of profits; and finally, how its microbiological control capability allows producers to increase production by performing “Heterotrophic Jump”, as well as scale up delicate strains such Haematococcus pluvialis
Aquaculture America 2014, Seattle, WA, February 12, 2014: Dave Anderson, OriginOil’s Aquaculture Product Manager, shows how EWS Aqua removes ammonia, nitrates and nitrites, utilizing its three electro-chemical processes. He outlines the capability of the EWS Aqua Q60 and the science behind the system’s conversion processes.
